Editorial & Corrections Policy

Sandustry Wiki is an independent fan reference. Every published dossier should make it possible to distinguish official documentation, repeatable in-game observation, and community interpretation.

01

Source priority

Use the Sandustry Official Wiki, official Steam news, the Steam store, and developer channels first. Community findings must be labelled and should include reproducible conditions.

02

Version tracking

Every dossier records the game release channel and a last-verified date. A verified date means the cited source or described behaviour was checked, not that the page can never become outdated.

03

Corrections

When reporting a conflict, include the page URL, current game version or branch, the exact claim, and steps that reproduce the newer behaviour. This lets maintainers separate a patch change from a one-off factory state.

04

Media

Official screenshots retain their original ownership. Diagrams created for this wiki are explanatory and should not be treated as exact tile-perfect blueprints unless the caption says otherwise.
